Majority set out to be the digital bank for migrants in the U.S.—a group often underserved by traditional banking. But the product faced challenges: high churn, customer-service overload, and regulatory onboarding friction. My role as Director of Product Design was to turn design from a support function into a lever for retention, growth, and trust.












In the first 90 days, we set a roadmap, rebuilt collaboration with PMs and engineers, and led a user experince audit. As a result, we uncovered many confusing flows, fixed them, and introduced a consistent design system to reduce fragmentation across the product.











During my time, we launched many new features and improved the existing ones. Design was involved end-to-end — not just in shipping features, but in shaping the experience and tone. What stayed behind is a team with systems, rituals, and a stronger sense of ownership.
